2009-2010 Scout Adventure Days

Experience the ultimate Scout adventure at the Orlando Science Center! Are you a Scout Leader with an incredibly busy schedule? Let Orlando Science Center facilitate a program to help your Scouts fulfill recognition requirements. All you have to do is organize the trip! Programs include a hands-on discovery-based workshop and admission to Orlando Science Center, and are available for Brownies and Juniors, as well as for Cubs and Webelos.
Scout Adventure Days

Scout Days are designed to assist Scouts in fulfilling recognition requirements. We create each program to provide an opportunity for Scouts to earn awards specific to their rank. Please refer to your handbook for information regarding Scout recognitions. Each day includes full-admission to Orlando Science Center, reserved seating for a giant-screen film in the Dr. Phillips CineDome, and a workshop. Workshops and additional programming usually run from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Larger groups or more complicated subjects may extend workshop time.

    Notable Qoutables

The American people recognize that Scouting today is one of the few organizations that has retained its basic values from its origin, and that is our best hope for future leadership of America. It is the only organization that completely endorses family values, which are being recognized belatedly by the American people as one of the real strengths and hopes for the future of our country. — H.E. Bovay Jr., President, Mid-South Telecommunications Company Inc.
