 Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation

Are YOU thinking about CAMPING this summer or fall with your Pack?  The Boy Scouts of America requires that any Cub Scout Pack conducting a Pack Family Campout have a BALOO trained parent not only instrumental in the planning of the campout but this parent must also be present during the entire campout period.  Is your Pack planning a Pack campout this year?  Does your pack have several BALOO trained leaders?  If not, your pack needs to get a few of your parents to attend BALOO training so your Pack’s campout will go off without a hitch.  Therefore, it is strongly suggested that Packs have at least 3 or more BALOO trained parents.

Camping Survey

0

The council camping committee has created a survey asking all of our Troops, Teams, and Crews to let us know their plans for Summer Camp or High Adventure bases. The goal is to get an idea of where units are headed this Summer and if they have not made a decision to help them if needed. We’ll have a Post Summer Camp survey to share your experience. We’ll put together a resource to share with our units to help units make choices for future Summer Camp adventures. Thanks for taking the time out of your Summer for our youth! CAMPING SURVEY  ( For Troops, Teams, and Crews)
